I work primarily with teens, young adults, and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders, stressful life events, and more. I also have specialized experience in addictions of many kinds. I am committed to creating a counseling approach that fits each individual based on one's needs.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. I have over 13 years of experience helping a variety of populations. With experience working in the areas of abuse and trauma, forensic/legal issues, addiction recovery, inappropriate boundaries, stressful life events, and mental health disorders, I am bring a wealth of experience that will likely help with whatever you may be facing. I will work to develop an individualized treatment approach to determine the needs of each unique individual.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy can be an asset at any stage of life and everyone can grow and change. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist primarily, but believe that each client brings unique life experiences to the counseling relationship and will adapt treatment as needed. I pride myself in being a safe person for LGBTQ+ and POC and support the BLM movement. I will hold space for however you identify.
