My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy includes integrative, collaborative, and experiential therapy. This means that I tailor therapy to your direct needs and goals. I am open to seeing people who are ready to work on themselves and no longer want their issues to control parts of their life including individual needs, couples needs, and family needs. I am excited about education and pride myself in staying up to date with my education and training to give my clients the best therapy possible. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University (CSU) and I received a Master's of Arts in Psychology from Brandman University, a Chapman University System. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and taught by and consulted with Kim Johnson. I am also trained in Brainspotting and taught by and consulted with Lisa Larson. These are both great therapy tools to help people process trauma.
