About My Clients
It can be really challenging to open up and start to work on wounds that have harmed us for so long. My sole purpose of therapy is to walk along side you during your time of need as well as your time of comfort. It is important to understand that you do not have to work on these issues alone. You are the expert of your own self and with my help we can work on teasing out some of the pain and the hurt to heal open wounds.
My Background and Approach
I follow a theoretical approach of integrative, collaborative, and experiential therapy. This means that I like to work with my clients to tailor therapy to your direct needs and goals. I am open to seeing all types of clients including individual needs, couples needs, family needs, and child therapy. I am excited about education and pride myself in staying up to date with my education and training to give my clients the best therapy possible. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University (CSU) and I received a Master's of Arts in Psychology from Brandman University, a Chapman University System. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and taught by and consulted with Kim Johnson.
