About My Clients

Making the decision to begin therapy requires courage and inner strength. If you're prepared to let go of fear and embrace happiness in your life, you've come to the right place in my practice. Here, you will experience a judgment-free environment and never walk this path alone. For those new to therapy, rest assured that whatever led you here, you are prepared and capable of healing. My dedication lies in helping individuals transition from fear, anxiety, trauma, and abuse to quality of life.

My Background and Approach

Therapy can be simple, and my approach is balanced and clear. I begin with a deep dive, understanding who you are and where you come from. Understanding the role of attachment, trauma, and the positive pieces of your past allows a deep connection in therapy and establishes trust. I use mindfulness techniques to ensure you have tangible tools to improve your panic, anxiety, fear, and to reduce those dark spinning thoughts. Finally we look forward, creating understanding and expertise in forming healthy connections, strong relationships, and looking for red flags wherever they may exist. If you come to therapy in a relationship, you will have the same level of dedication from me as your therapist. I am your unbiased intermediary to help you have the hardest conversations. You will have space, be heard, and learn tools to make sure you break the cycle of argument and disconnection. All of my clients are honored, supported, and have a true support with whatever changes improve your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of change and that we all have the inner strength to lead a life that brings us joy. You may come to therapy with poor self worth, lacking in direction, and with fear about the future. With support and effort, you can leave the trauma behind and not allow it to define you. As a fellow survivor, I can connect and support you from a sense of understanding and know that you will never face judgment in my practice. I welcome you to challenge me, to push back, and to always be heard. There is no topic that is too hard or too embarrassing to unblock if it stands in the way of your desire for a better life. If you are in a relationship, all forms of intimacy need to be addressed with compassion. I teach real, tangible solutions to remove a lack of connection and support physical intimacy in all forms. Every client is unique, but I am here to learn about you and your life. The connection between the client and therapist is the best indicator for your success.
