About My Clients
I love working with passionate people who are ready to take their life up a notch. My ideal clients have an inkling in their heart of where they want to be, but may feel stuck where they are. Maybe they are in a dead end job or relationship right now, and feel like they have to lose weight or stop drinking before they can participate in life again. Maybe they are getting a spiritual upgrade through tremendous loss or despair. Maybe they just need someone to talk to that really cares.
My Background and Approach
What I am looking for in working with people is not what is wrong, but what needs to change. Systems theory says that one small change in a behavior can affect an entire system. I am looking for the smallest change that creates the most optimal outcome for my client(s). Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, feelings of isolation, relationship difficulties or other painful experiences, there is hope for a positive transformation that can impact the rest of your life. Therapy provides a safe place for you to feel whatever you are feeling and to explore your world as deeply as you choose. It allows you to find out who you are and what you are capable of beyond the limitations you have experienced in the past.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a person whose main mission is for others to know inspiration, love and freedom. I am interested in people, creativity and learning. I love hearing what lights you up and gives you a spring in your step. I am going to challenge you past your limitations, and I may push your buttons, but I am going to be on your side and love you where you are.
