My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life's seasons come with highs and lows: adolescence; adulthood; career changes; relationships and marriage; potentially becoming a parent; and finding your passion. Next, we will work on the regulating your emotions, building your distress tolerance and finding behavior changes that will be effective for you.
