I have experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families of various backgrounds, including people of color, LGBTQIA+, foster care, adoption, and Military/Veteran communities. I have worked in various settings including education, military bases, and private practice. I specialize in using CBT, FST, SFT, Trauma-Focused approaches, and the Gottman Method. I am committed to ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in the mental health field.
